Referral Fees

We appreciate you trusting Backus Properties to take care of your clients' property management needs. We promise to work diligently to provide them with the best service possible.

Refer Potential Clients:
We will pay one months management fee for each property you refer and start management.

Sell Existing Accounts:
We buy existing accounts and will pay 6-18 months management fee based on term, area and rents.
